To truly address this issue, we must go beyond condemnation and moral outrage. It requires a multi-pronged, practical, and hands-on approach involving all stakeholders - government, communities, families, religious institutions, law enforcement, and most importantly, the youth themselves. If we are to have any hope of reclaiming our society from this dangerous trend, we must be willing to dig deep and implement lasting solutions that address both the root causes and the symptoms of this crisis.

📌Address the Root Cause: Unemployment and Economic Desperation

At the heart of the Yahoo boy phenomenon lies economic desperation. Nigeria's unemployment rate is staggering, especially among the youth. When young people are unable to find gainful employment, many are pushed to look for alternative ways to survive - no matter how unethical or dangerous those methods might be.
