@When Women And Girls Rise In Science, The Future Learns To Breathe


Today calls us to pause and recognise a powerful truth: the future of science is brighter when women and girls are fully seen, fully supported, and fully involved. Innovation does not grow in a closed room; it flourishes where diverse minds are given space to question, explore, test, fail, rise, and discover. Every time a girl is encouraged to experiment instead of withdraw, to calculate instead of doubt, to invent instead of imitate, humanity takes a step forward.


We must understand that talent is not gendered, curiosity is not male, and intelligence is not reserved. A young girl staring at the sky, mixing colours, dismantling a broken radio, or asking hard questions in class is not being stubborn — she is rehearsing for discovery.
